Which hook row should I use?
Start on the outer row. Once you're comfortable, move to the inner row for firmer hold. Most people wear the inner row for events and the outer row for long days at work.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days and arrive in 7-15 days. Shipping is free on every US order, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Need it for a date? Order three weeks ahead.
What if the size is wrong?
Email us your order number, a photo, and your waist measurement within 30 days. We send a new size free and you keep the first pair - nothing to ship back. One exchange per order, and it covers both pairs in a Day & Night Set.
