Shipping

Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Processing: orders ship within 1–3 business days.

Delivery: 7–15 days after shipping. Most orders arrive in about two weeks. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders are fulfilled from our partner warehouse overseas, which is why delivery takes longer than domestic shipping. If you need the item by a specific date, please order at least three weeks ahead.

Tracking

Track your order any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, contact us and we'll investigate.

Address changes

We can update your shipping address within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order has entered processing and cannot be changed.

Lost or undelivered packages

If your package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days. If a package is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement at no cost.
